Shropshire Wedding Photography

Rachel and Adrian were married in a super sweet and simple ceremony at the Old Vicarage Hotel in Worfield near their home in Bridgnorth. It was a beautiful family occasion and as I have photographed the weddings of Rachel’s sister and her best friend Sam it really felt to me like a family reunion.

Rachel opted for a short wedding dress which totally suited the fun yet relaxed vibe of her wedding. She handmade her own paper flowers which decorated the cake as well as her own bouquet and buttonholes. A special mention has to go to the two flower girls and page boys who were just adorable. The fact that I managed to get a shot of them all together before anyone got dirty or tired is nothing short of a miracle!

The Old Vicarage Hotel

The Old Vicarage Hotel is a charming small hotel surrounded by beautiful Shropshire countryside. The conservatory is a beautiful light and airy space for a wedding. I loved the herb planters that Rachel chose as table centrepieces and all the white flowers that surrounded the ceremony. The gardens also give plenty of room for guests to spread. We managed to get all the family groups done outside although it was quite windy so no one stayed out for too long. I love a bit of windblown hair though and enjoyed getting Rachel and Adrian to snuggle up close for some windswept portraits with some dramatic clouds in the background.

It was a beautiful little wedding and I love this couple to bits. I wish them all the best for a blissful future together and hope that I will see them again for a big family portrait with the next generation x

It was a pleasure to work on this wedding with these talented vendors:
