That’s me in my most important role in life… dog trainer. Just kidding, my dog is untrainable, I mean Mum of course! My kids are a bit older now but I love that picture because it shows who I am. I can see the real me in the image and that’s what I love to capture when I’m photographing other people too. I get such a buzz at a wedding when I know I’ve captured something beautiful that really tells the story of who you are. Because there is beauty in all the little moments if you look for it and I believe those moments should be celebrated. I’ve photographed almost 100 weddings but I’ll never get tired of celebrating life in pictures.
I live in Shropshire with my family where we are currently renovating a big old Victorian house. If you want to see what that crazy journey looks like then follow me over at @sweetpeaandsorrel. When I'm not learning a new DIY skill or battling an overgrown garden I love to figure out the history of this old house. You'll find me crawling around in cupboards, cellars and old barns. Honestly, an actual wedding day is the only time I make an effort to look tidy!
