Get ready for a long post! I don’t usually blog this many pictures from a wedding but this one was so crazy pretty that I got a bit carried away. It helps of course that Charlotte and Alistair are gorgeous, you can see their engagement shoot here. Also that I had along the super talented Jess Yarwood to second shoot. Hence lots of pretty eye candy for you to enjoy!
These two are so cute. They met at uni, something to do with pirated copies of the O.C. but we won’t get into that! They have a wonderful close-knit group of uni friends who were all there to support them on their wedding day. There were lots of laughs and a few tears. When they met at the end of the aisle they were both pretty emotional. After that, there was quite a bit of giggling although that could have been about the vicar’s singing.
Later at Abbeywood Gardens, a few showers didn’t stop the celebration. They still managed to enjoy the string quartet out on the lawn for a while before moving inside. The wedding breakfast was served in the conservatory which is a wonderful light and bright space. I loved the maps and road signs that Charlotte and Ali used to bring a bit of their London home into their wedding.
By the way, if you recognise these guys they are no strangers to the limelight. They appeared on an episode of Kirstie Allsop’s ‘Fill Your House for Free’, something that the best men took great delight in mentioning!
Well. This is such an amazing wedding photography. You have covered all areas of the events. Photos are really special. Wonderful blog and the photography.
You captured the day perfectly. Treasured memories for ever.
