Back in April I had the great pleasure of joining my good friend Anesta Broad for some Rookery Hall wedding photography. Anesta is based in Essex but was asked to travel up to Cheshire to shoot the wedding of her good friend Faye. With me being local to Rookery Hall Anesta asked me to second shoot for this special day.
This wedding was packed with special little details all related to the chosen bird theme (what else would you choose when your groom is named Robin!) and the turquoise and teal colour scheme. I particularly loved the colour co-ordinating sweet trolley and the candlelit cages by Abracadabra. I had loads of fun photographing the groomsmen who were all fantastic and loved the special moments of the day, Faye’s Grandfather getting out of his wheelchair for a photograph and making everyone cry and Rob announcing during his speech that Faye was eleven weeks pregnant to name but a few! It was a lovely day full of lovely people and it was a privilege to be there.
This wedding has been nominated for wedding of the year over at Your Manchester Wedding. I would love it if you could head over there and give a vote for Faye and Rob. It was also featured on Love Me Love My Wedding where you can see more images and hear about the day from Faye herself.
On to the pictures! These are my favourites that I took on the day. Huge congratulations to Faye and Rob and their future son or daughter x
